Grilled Italian Torta Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4x boneless chicken breasts
  • 2Tb olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4x 1/2 inch thick slices of Italian Torta

Instructions

  1. Brush and season both sides of your chicken with olive oil and salt and pepper.  
  2. Prepare a hot grill and then  adjust to medium high heat. 
  3. Grill chicken 5-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. 
  4. Place Italian Torta slices on top of cooked chicken and close grill lid. 
  5. Turn off heat and let sit covered for 5 minutes until the Torta is soft and melted.
